Among many sport events in almost the very heart of Vinkovci, within the well-constructed sport-recreation zone, is the Vinkovci Tennis Club. This club is known as the excellent host of tennis tournaments for all age groups and ranks, and many world-famous tennis players played in this club, such as: Goran Ivanišević, Goran Prpić, Bruno Orešar, Monika Seleš, Kučera, Dreekman, Enquist, Johansson, Medvedev and Kafelnikov. Today the Vinkovci Tennis Club offers nine outer courts, five of which are illuminated, and four interior courts, club facilities with male and female locker rooms, showers and beautiful and well-tended environment.
